Keratinase, Caseinolitic, Cellulase and β-Mananase Activities of Bacteria Isolated from the Black Sea

For a long time, the main interest in marine environment, considered extreme, was isolation and identification of natural products with biological properties, for that, numerous organisms chemical structures have been studied. Thus, bacteria isolated from various substrates, such as sediments, seawater, mangrove detritus, are producers enzymes different activities, i.e., amylase, cellulase, alginate lyase, chitinase, glucosidase, inulinase, keratinase, ligninase, xylanase, others. Nowadays, researchers also focusing on produced environment that can present special properties. Therefore, aim this study to investigate ability strains microorganisms exhibit β-mannanase, caseinolytic activities. Methods. Enzymatic activities were studied culture liquid supernatant. To determine β-mannanase cellulase guar gum galactomannan Na-carboxymethylcellulose respectively used substrates. Casein crushed defatted feathers served substrates determination proteolytic activity. Results. Growing 10 cultures nutrient medium containing chicken sole source carbon nitrogen (nutrient 1) did not give positive results. When using 2, active growth observed four (51, 52, 54, 247) supernatant (CLS), activity which both keratin (6.0—16.0 U/mL) casein (0.025—0.33 found. In CLS only six (7, 20, 51, 50, 247), observed.
